Job responsibilities崗位職責(zé):1.Create concepts for new Production Tester.構(gòu)建新生產(chǎn)測(cè)試機(jī)概念2.Involved in Automatic and Manual Fixture designs.參與自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)夾具設(shè)計(jì)3.Build,wire,program and debug Production Tester.搭線，編程和調(diào)試生產(chǎn)測(cè)試機(jī)4.Perform Gage R&R to release Testers to Production.開展重復(fù)性和再現(xiàn)性測(cè)試，向生產(chǎn)交付測(cè)試機(jī)5.Create Technical Document and User Manual for Production Tester.建立測(cè)試機(jī)技術(shù)文檔和操作指引6.Maintain and Trouble Shooting of existing Production Tester.對(duì)現(xiàn)有測(cè)試機(jī)維護(hù)和排除障礙7.Continuous improvement of Production Tester.對(duì)測(cè)試機(jī)的持續(xù)改善8.Represent testing in a project team and execute agreed testing tasks related to NPI Projects.代表測(cè)試小組進(jìn)入項(xiàng)目，執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的相關(guān)任務(wù)9.Analysis of Production test data and derive improvement actions.分析測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，制定改進(jìn)方案10.Provide training for maintenance team for Production Tester and Fixtures.向維護(hù)組提供相關(guān)培訓(xùn)11.Exchange information within Tridonic Group to realize possible synergies with tester development and support.與銳高集團(tuán)交換信息以及時(shí)就測(cè)試機(jī)的開發(fā)和支持實(shí)現(xiàn)同步Requirements任職要求:1. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.能用英語讀寫交流。2.LabView Programming Skills. LabView編程技術(shù)。3. Academy in an electronics/machanical related discipline.電子或機(jī)電等專業(yè)背景。4. 3+ years' experience in testing.3年以上測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
